The West Shire team was extremely professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the project. There were also excellent communications during the project. I was away during a week of the build and Justin provided routine text and photo updates to keep me informed.

Process was fast from the estimate to accepting the contract. The workers were there daily rain or shine to complete the job. The foreman was great and answered all our questions as the build progressed. They had some minor delays with a whole week of rain but finished the project timely. Great company to work with throughout the process. We are currently enjoying our deck with the new furniture.

West Shire Decks removed the old wooden steps and tiny platform from the side of my parents’ home, and replaced their stairs with beautiful maintenance-free TimberTech stairs. They replaced the tiny wooden platform at the top of the stairs with a TimberTech deck. My parents can now move their grill and some chairs onto the deck. They told me that WestShire craftsmen are perfectionists and did a beautiful job. My parents were thrilled with their work. They told me that Ron and Tom were amazingly talented. They asked me to thank everyone at WestShire Decks for their great work ethic.

My beautiful 10-year-old Trex deck with a contoured designer fence separating my townhouse property from those on either side collapsed due to a rotted frame! The entire deck of undamaged floorboards and the fence sections were carefully disassembled then reassembled after the rotted wood had been removed and replaced with a new quality treated wood frame. Looks like new, gang, thanks to Justin, Jason, and "the Boys from Brazil"!

Having a deck built by Westshire was a great experience. From the planning to the building of it we never had a problem. The price was fair and what we expected to pay. The work crew was fast and efficient in building. Justin was easy to communicate with and kept us up to date with building plans, etc. Love how it turned out!

We absolutely love our deck! The entire team was super professional, and did An outstanding job. They left the site immaculate every day. Didn’t find one loose screw or nail. We will be living on this deck all summer! Our neighbors also were super impressed with the great job that they did. One of them is even going to get a new deck from WestShire also.

Ive worked for quite some time as the project manager. These guys are highly skilled at their craft. There processes throughout are matchless. The owner is one of the best guys ive worked with. They always go out of their way to make sure the builds are done properly and to code. Definitely the best in the industry in Central PA!

We hired West Shire Decks to build a 12'x16' ground-level composite deck including demolition and disposal of an existing pergola. We are very pleased with the result and with our experience working with the company. The crew's craftsmanship and quality of work is outstanding. They went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right such as jack hammering out the old pergola's concrete footers so that new ones could be correctly installed according to code.
The work started and ended on time. As with any project, there were a couple of minor communication issues which were resolved quickly and efficiently. The cost was in-line with other bids we received. There are a lot of fly-by-night operators in the deck business but it was nice to do business with true professionals.

All staff were polite and very professional. The cost of the composite deck replacement was reasonable and West Shire carried out the project without any problems. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a new deck or replacement of an existing deck.

We had West Shire demolish our old wood deck as well as an unusable room attached to our basement, exposing a cement pad that we will use as additional outdoor space. The process went smoothly from start to finish. Dave was our salesperson and he worked with us to get what we wanted while staying close to budget. He explained the products that would be used and took his time to help us finalize decisions. They were here when they said they would be here and worked full days to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time for such a large project. Communication by phone, email and in person was always welcomed and responded to within a short period of time. The crew members that worked on our home were friendly, respectful and professional, helping us to understand the process. Our project foreman, Brandon, was very helpful in explaining the next steps of the demolition and the build. The clean up process went smoothly and now we can't wait to enjoy our new West Shire deck! We would recommend them any time.

Chad and team arrived after an attempted DIY deck renovation project got a little over-my-head. Chad was able to make use of existing material while also improving on the original plan. The result was better than I could have anticipated. Chad's eye to detail and his team's professionalism left me with no doubt I made a wise decision. Great experience and highly recommended!
