Chad Hopple, the dynamic owner of West Shire Decks LLC, is a true pillar of the Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania community. Born and raised in Mechanicsburg, Chad has dedicated most of his life to the Central PA area. He began his construction career at a young age, working on roofs with his father and engaging in renovation projects with his uncle, whose early passing inspired Chad to build a legacy of his own.

With a wealth of experience spanning various roles in the construction industry, Chad has worn many hats, including Laborer, Carpenter, Foreman, Project Manager, and now Owner. His impressive portfolio includes diverse projects such as bridge building, home remodeling, utility work, and even government and commercial contracting. Notably, Chad counts his work with the Department of Homeland Security and Customs and Border Patrol in the remote North Woods of Maine among his favorite projects.

Chad’s dedication to excellence is reflected in his extensive certifications, including ACI concrete testing, Army Corps of Engineers Quality Control, OSHA 40, and Confined Space. Under his leadership, West Shire Decks LLC has become Central PA’s only Timbertech Platinum Certified Contractor, a testament to their superior craftsmanship and quality.

Beyond his professional achievements, Chad is passionate about giving back to the community. He leverages the success of his business to support local initiatives, demonstrating his gratitude and commitment to the area that has supported his endeavors.
